I’m a business owner of a creative agency, ConditionCreative.com that specializes in making brands look great & grow their business affordably.
I’ve been a designer for over 20 years (jeez), and I’ve learned as many skills as I could to keep my edge in this industry. Graphic design obviously, apparel development, product development, web development, app development, motion graphics, video editing, photography, 3D modeling — and marketing: Email marketing, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, but my dog Luci can’t really walk on a leash.
I’m starting this blog for two reasons:
- To solidify for myself what I know, by sharing what I’ve learn in design, development, finance and life.
- To learn how I can monetize this blog to achieve financial freedom. I’m not going to lie, I’ve made several blogs in the past, one called Rep215.com, but I wasn’t interested in learning how to monetize it for some reason it never crossed my mind, or I thought it would just happen on it’s own. I was wrong, I gave it up and moved on with my life.
So, if you read this entire about me page, consider yourself one of the few, and I’m excited because it’s you that I’m writing for.
What I do
Design
I take art and get it prepared for print on skateboards, tees, hats, stickers and anything else you can imagine. I been doing this for over 10 years, along with web design. I owe it to skateboarding for my career.
readySketch iOS
I created an app called readySketch, that is a random prompt generator for me to create sketches. I put it on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and I’m working on a version 2 for Android and iOS with a new coding language called Dart.
Songwriting
I’ve always been a poet since I was a teenager. I picked up guitar when I was 12 and I took some lessons learning other peoples songs and got over it. I bought an acoustic 2 years ago to learn how to sing along with whatever chords I can learn and haven’t put it down since.
